I like how you're using your own trade to set the price. Like, if this were how it worked, you could make your b/o 400 keys and make a suggestion based on that.

Wait for it to sell. Then make another suggestion based on what it sold for, if you still care about giving it a price at that point.

You need sales to price an Unusual, not sellers.
