I paid 110 in unusuals for this beautiful hat. This is the only recent sale. Took me long enough to finally get it.

On second thought looking at the daz's history it appears to be duped. Not too familiar with how that plays out in suggestions, though.

Yep, this is fine, quoting the rules:
"EXCEPTIONS - A hat may be priced using duped sales if both these criteria are met
There are NO sales of the clean version in the last year
The owner of the clean versions cannot be active traders (no outpost / bp.tf activity in the last 6 months)"

The comment you're referring to is close to 3 months old now, and he could've changed his B/O when re-opening the trade. Lots of uncertainty around it, but I highly doubt it'll sell again soon
