Damn 45 minute without the *You can't man a suggestion until the event is over* crap.
Probably because I'm blackbelt and people don't question what a blackbelt says (which is wrong).
Thanks for the suggestion, but this does not meet the criteria of pricing off a single sale. New effects require at least two sales to set a new value. There are multiple on the market and more sales will happen. It would be misleading to price it off any 1 sale.
However in this case I'm willing to leave the suggestion open since it's still 1:1 and the guy is not reselling.
No offense, but you shouldn't just copy & paste stuff when you say the exact opposite in the next sentence. :P
This is and will most likely stay 1:1 (and there are definitely none on the market), afaik this hat only drops from Keyless Soldier crates, and unboxing those is fairly illogical as multi class crate unus are valued much higher, so that's that.
The current owner is a collector and will therefor not resell (1. Looking at his backpack it should be obvious that he is collecting Plumber's Pipes 2. I know him personally).
I am completely fine with this staying open until the event is over, I just don't see a reason to comment as unusual suggestions tend to stay open for a little while anyways (especially when pricing off a single sale).
It's so people dont say "Hey but you didnt close that suggestion that is based of only one sale".
And technically you should wait some time before attempting a suggestion even on 1:1 hats. It's not the best to make suggestions that have no chance of getting accepted in the first days anyways on purpose.
If that's your intention then why not state it that way? ("For anyone wondering, this suggestion isn't being closed because ....")
I am aware that suggestions that stay open for a while (like this one) do extend the backlog, but I just prefer suggesting when the sale happens instead of putting it somewhere and then forgetting about it, and this one was also requested by despised icon.
Looks like this has remained 1 of 1, so it doesn't look like this'll resell. This should be alright to price with one sale based on the criteria.
