You can't refresh something with buyers only.

This should be fine, as he is putting the price under the craft hat blanket. It has been done many times today.

I don't see how that makes sense, 1.33 should still be proven in some way, in this case in particular, the amount of buyers @1.33 suggests that it's not a common trading point.

Most of the refreshed suggestions were accepted with 1.33 buyers, maybe the craft hat blanket needs yet another raise? Someone should look into that.

That said, unless there's sales/buyers at 1.44 on this, this should be fine for now.
