Eh, that minigun is more like ~9-9.5, looking at r+ubi being unsold for 3 days at 9.8 and SCM sales averaging ~8-10 Keys.
That would make sale 2 9 flat, which i'm pretty sure is an outlier here.
13 flat should be better here unless another sale is found at 10.
