5% rule?
Idk maybe my math is bad.
2.11 / 2.22 = 0.95045045045
Yeah, i remember i tried to drop 2.22 to 2.11 and SiN told me it wasn't 5%
0.11/2.22 = 0.0495...
So this price sugg. is technically less than 5%
That's 0.05/1, which is exactly 0.05.
.11/2.22 = .04954954954955 ~ .05
That's rounding. I'm pretty sure that rounding can't make a suggestion considered greater than 5%. So this is still less than 5% by definition.
do you seriously think mods will close this suggestion because it was .0005% off?
When i did a suggestion dropping 2.22 to 2.11, you told me to close it cuz 5% rule :/
which one?
EDIT: I just noticed this :/

Oh gosh, idk why I said that.
I'll close this if you'd like me to.
Leave it open if you feel it'll be accepted xD
Guys. The point of the 5% rule is to not make useless suggestions. The fact that it's like 0.00000000111 lower than 5% is fine. There's nothing "magical" about the 5% rule. It's an arbitrary rule to make sure people don't rep farm and make stupid suggestions (like changing a 10 key item by 1 scrap).
This is fine.
Thank you..
