since you bought it from marketplace you need to divide your buying price through the marketplace key price and make a suggestion at that value (rounded to the nearest key). Also you need to show that you bought this hat with this effect.

No, it is up to you to provide proof, not to people to try and search for it. Additionally, the fact you own the hat is not a proof, nothing links the screen you posted to that hat.
