The jefe sale is low due to the mini - the C9 Falkirk is 3 years outdated (and it's had major equip region changes since then) so it's very low. On that, there's one unclear sale (I think for pure? Can't tell exactly). An assumption can be made that because the duped jefe sale is (most likely) higher than the clean value currently, a duped variant may be worth as much as a clean one, putting that sale at (possibly) 90. But I'd like to see more duped jefe sales if possible to confirm that, anyway.

Sales at 52 and 90 are rather discrepant, I'd rather wait for a third sale. Even then, these sales are getting old; regardless, this range isn't right.
