When there are multible sells with a wide range I suggest cutting the highest and lowest. Leaving at 26 keys.
Also the range seems a bit wide. What about 23-27 or just a plain 25 keys?

That might be fine on effects that have been around for a while, but on new effects, range should stay wide. The range itself gives valuable information regarding the uncertainty in value on a given item.
