doesn't seem low to me. personally i would value neutron star about the same as some 2nd gen effects on hats like OF, Stormy + Blizz. This seems about right to me.

I just think It's unfair that hes basing my hat of of the other hats -dropped previous to the trade- price. Just hope it doent pass lol, because it's a faulty proof of trade :3

It seems low because it is low. When I bought this hat- the rifleman was valued at 80 keys not 65.

Just because the rifle dropped I dont think this hat should.
