Sold 63 Pure
Unsold @ 80 Keys https://backpack.tf/item/4216194328 - 2 Months
Thanks =)
pretty obvious that it's a quicksell when the guy owned it for 6 days before he sold it for 32 keys below his BO
But isn't quickselling around a 25-30% Discount off backpack.tf price
Quick selling is selling any item for below what it's worth, could be in pure, hats, etc, quickly .
Considering the guy was asking 95 keys and BP is a bit under that, 63 is regarded as a quicksell
A quicksale is a sale that happens very quickly and is below the price a hat commonly sells for, seller @80 further proves that current is way too high, if this is the only recent sale this should be fine.
And the quick buyer at 60 on classies further proves 63 is too low and should be considered as a quicksell
Not really, it's below the sale's price, and 63 is not a quicksale because it didn't sell quickly, is it that hard to understand?
He was asking 95 for 7 days and ended up selling it for 63 pure. Pretty obvious it's a quicksell, I don't know why it's hard for YOU to understand
Edit: the 95 and 80 don't matter whatsoever. It's the fact he was asking for at least the current price and dumped it quick for under 65
Just because he took an offer for lower doesn't mean he quicksold it, here's an example of a quicksell so you can understand it:
Person A puts a hat up for 23 keys, it's valued at 100 keys on backpack.tf, 2 days later someone buys it for 23 pure, that's a quicksale, the situation here doesn't show any indication of a quicksell. Outliers aren't necessarily determined by time anyways, 3 months old unsold @80 clearly indicates that current is high, this is clearly closer to the actual value of this hat.
So if a guy puts hat priced at 100 keys and sells it a week later for 50 then that isn't considered a quicksell?
that's about what happened here lol
To me it sounds like he couldn't be assed waiting to sell for 95. It's strange how he waited 7 days @ 95 then changed to 63 perhaps he was wanting pure and that was the best offer he had received. Just because he listed for 95 doesn't mean the offers were all around 95
There a lot of arguing in this comment section but nobody has mentioned the possibility of more sales. 63 is way too low, and 80 may be too high, so lets find some more sales to determine where the value of this hat should be...
Salvage, I don't know how you can argue that 63 isn't too low when it was sold to a quickbuyer at 63 that's been there for 2 months. Time doesn't necessary matter because he could of just woken up one day and though, hey, lets quicksell this hat! and he did. Time is irrelevant here, and 63 is 100% countered by the buy orders, case closed.
No other valid / trackable sales. There have been a couple of bulk sales that seem to value this roughly at 80, but they're not really usable.
Fully agreeing with Xergoyf here - 63 is just far too close to quickbuyers. More sales are really needed here.
