Don't have a range with one sale.

So there are a few issues here:
Your sale is for the strange version as you said, and it's currently not possible to price double quality items. We usually price only the non strange ones, and 3 non strange ones exist of this hat. That's why I'm closing this.
As additional tips for unusual suggesting: you need 2 sales for new halloween effects and your el jefe price is outdated, as someone pointed out you should use the open suggestion for it as a mini.
