first sale is a clear outlier, second sale can't mini the nunhood and third sale can't mini the shotgun, supports the drop though

I think it is not so much that sale for the pullover that is an outlier, but the cotton sale on the reviver that is an outlier for that.

That medigun is about 3x too high which is why that sale seems so high. Even going by the sellers buyouts, that sale wont be much more than 1000 [ http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28629674 relisted couple o times], but realisticly that will most likely fit the range.

Arguably the sleeves + nun should be used to give this a range, but as hesistant as I am to set either end based on hats without possible minis, I guess its best to wait for that to get sales to see if thisll need a range. I saw it has some exchanges, but I presume they're not usable? (I can check them later, I think one recently sold for CSGO stuff)

The other sale is no more than 1000 and is probably close to the high end here, but I would also be fine with conservatively calling the 750 and 1000 as outliers on either end and going with 875-925. On hats of this tier, sometimes you have to make approximations on the lower tier hats and that's fine. Also, there might be some usable suggestions below.

Minis

Scorching Bone Dome (85). Only sale at 50 pure. Will have to conservatively use the b/o at 85. This is fine on as a mini for the pullover because the bone dome won't be off by more than 10 keys and 10 keys doesn't matter for the pullover.
