Not a big deal but, you don't need premium, it's accually a lot easier since there is only one hat. Just look at the history of it. You are the 7th owner of it, however a lot of those trades are bulk and hard to make out without screenshots of the trades.

doesn't appear like he's reselling and it's a pure sure. other sale supports this anyways.
