both sold for 100k pretty recently, this price is way too old.

Last change was 2-3 years ago.

It does need an update but those two sales are too old and there's no proof.

Thanks for the suggestion, but those trades are way too old to use. Our rule is to base current prices on trades no more than 3 months old.
