Since you're removing 0.05 from the range you'll need to prove that it doesn't belong in the range, 0.11 is already in the range. I don't see any compelling reason to remove 0.05 from the range, these weapons always tend to sell in the range of 0.05 - 0.11.

Because there are no sellers at .05, not a very large market. If you find a sale at .05, I will close this suggestion.

You as the suggestor have to provide proof that it doesn't belong in the range, this can be done throught 0.11 selling relatively quickly and there being no old sellers @0.11, or buyers @0.05, neither is the case and there's an 3 week unsold @0.11 here: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28562765

The 3 week unsold is the same one you pointed out was poorly bumped for the back scratcher suggestion and therefore invalid. Which one is it?

The thing is this: These uncrafts always sell in the range of 0.05 - 0.11, removing either end requires very strong proof, counter proof doesn't have to be perfectly valid to counter (I once had my suggestion closed because of a 2 days unbumped seller).
