The one on scrap.tf sold. Usually scrap.tf sales aren't usable because they're considered low but if someone paid more than the suggested price maybe it can be used. I would check what it sold for myself but cannot right now.

This sale is accurate only for the strange version of the hat. The regular version will certainly sell for less if the strange version sells at this much

That's an assumption you are making for no reason. The fact is that a clean one does exist and his selling. Surely that should mean for a strange sale not to be usable
They havnt sold in literally years, this thing seriously need a drop and using a strange one to due should be fine 150, while still high, is better than 300, if they sell I'll resugest, but they have no sighn if dong so any time soon, end of discussion
The seller has only just now put it for sale, so now that it is for sale another sale will likely occur soon. 150 is better than 300, but chances are that this item will sell for lower on a non strange version, likely implying that 150 is still too high.

Even if you were right, he still has it listed for 300, so if you think that 150 is even to high how would he ever be able to sell it for 300? your contradicting your self

That's what he payed for it, his sale priced it last, this is fine until he sells his, if he does I'll resugest, but for now this is staying open, no matter your feelings about it.

This needs a drop, but what good is a drop if its not accurate to the normal version of the hat. A strange version is bound to sell for more.

Yeah this is why you should include screenshots of the scrap.tf sell listings, as otherwise it's really hard to trace sales involving the bots if not impossible.
What i'm sure of is that it sold along with the nunhood for at least 170 keys pure(~230 for the nun, making the sale ~400 total), which is higher than the suggested price. It's fair to say that it's sold for this much twice now, but unfortunately there's no way to prove that right now.
Although your first sale is wrong(scrap.tf does not buy unusuals with australiums/max's heads, only pure or other unusuals), your second sale(AF Warm-Up) seems to support 150. I'm not going to handle this, but I wouldn't completely disagree with this being called as close enough since 170+ is impossible to prove as of currently.
The nunhood was for sale for 229 keys and a few ref on scraptf; I know that since I monitored it for the beams cone (where it was involved). Im fairly sure scraptf had the KE for sale for around 170, so those numbers would indeed make sense
