Actually you need minimum 2 sales to price new halloween stuff, but I saw suggestions getting accepted with only 1 sale.
Your sale is full pure so I hope 35 is really fine here!
If he plans to keep it, it doesn't sell in a month, or there are no other sales, 1 sale is fine.
It's fine if it's still 1 of 1 with only a single sale to a collector. Not quite the case here, but it can be left up for some time for new sales.
A few other sales, but all are either SCM or happened too quick to confirm.. this one was for an Aces Glasgow, and that's really low, but this sale was instantly after an unbox so it's definitely an outlier: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28558254
Another one has traded recently.. criteria isn't fulfilled on pricing off a single sale, and it's a relatively new effect, so it's probably best to leave this up and see if another sale occurs soon-ish
