Feels really low
Sales are sales, your opinion doesn't matter, if you find this to be low then find proof that it is.
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198095907161?time=1477612800, appears to have sold for around 110 dollars on the SCM, owner appears to not have unboxed it as he had no keys in his inventory during the time he first got it, the 23rd. The hat became tradeable on the 30th, and as there was a scm sale for 110 exactly a week previously, this shows us the owner bought it from the scm

Fairly certain it was unboxed, the keys don't show anywhere if he uses them to unbox on the same day.
Seeing as he has two other spy unusuals, and he bought an unusual revolver of the market a week later, it's possible he got the aviator of the market, I do vividly recall seeing a neutron one up for around the same price when the event started, either way if he did get it off the market the sale is unusable. As the range would be far too big.
Well, SCM sales are only usable if there's definite proof that it sold for that amount, assumptions like the ones you are making, even while being reasonable, don't count as proof.
If this doesn't resell this will pass.
I think this could go for a bit more too. Would really like another sale.
