http://backpack.tf/item/3358034488
According to histories it took a while, seller is banned on Outpost.
Sale 2:
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197962185786#!/compare/1479081600/1479168000
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198134819839#!/compare/1478995200/1479168000
Unsure, no histories match. Looks like it was transferred to an alt.
Unusable.
Sale 3:
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561197962185786#!/compare/1478822400/1478908800
1:1 with a Spellbound Drill Hat(90).
90 total, mini is up in the form of a suggestion.
Rolling with 90-98.
Glad I didn't trade for this earlier. Nobody would pay 170 keys for it :p
Sale 2 sold for these two:

http://csgo.backpack.tf/profiles/76561197962185786#!/compare/1479081600/1479168000
oddly enough that'd roughly support the range, whereas I thought this'd be on the low side.
I dont think this would be a fair price as when you compare it to the other spy hats prices and how they look 170 seems like a fair price.
the 1st proof you used was a quickbuy, I dont know if you can use quickbuy to suggest a price, but thats it, just want to let you know that
you *can't* but people still love to use them anyway especially when a hat looks "too expensive"
No, I'm using it since there' no way to prove it wasn't a quickbuy and the other 2 sales support the value.
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with this suggestion, as there are enough valid unusual sales at that price to lower it with that pure sale. I am just saying that you and many other price suggestors are too quick to count quicksells on overpriced hats as real sales. I know you want to reduce the amount of cancerous overpriced items, but quicksells are quicksells and unless there are multiple unusual sales at the same value as the quicksell, the quicksell sale cannot and should not be used.
There is no way to prove it was a quicksell.
and how can I proof that it was a quicksell? also I found it on classifieds, and dont have a history like outpost
The way I see it there is no question of weather it was a quicksell or not. It was clearly a quicksell, you would never have spent your pure keys if it wasn't. To me (and hopefully others), the question is solely weather the sale is usable. Unfortunately here the sale is usable since there are two valid unusual sales at that price.
Incorrect. The sale isn't only usable here since there's other sales around the same price, it's because there is no way to prove it was a quicksell. Sure, the seller could've listed the hat for sale at 98 keys calling it a quicksell, but if it took like 3 weeks to sell it wasn't a quicksell. Unfortunately there was no way to prove it was either, but by looking at the history of the hat it appears it took months to sell.
I dont quite think you understand what a quicksell is. A quicksell is when someone sells an item for far less than backpack.tf price to get pure keys. They often sell very quickly since they are discounted, hence "quicksell". Now, as I am sure you are aware, 99% of traders do not have backpack.tf premium. Sure, you can sit here, look at all the sales and see that there were sales at around the same price as the pure sale and claim that it "wasn't a quicksell" because the other sales support it. But if you were the person buying it, you would have had no clue what the fuck it had sold for in the past, so you would clearly buy the unusual as a quicksell. Even the seller would tell you it was a quicksell, go ask him if your curious. I think you are looking at the fact that the seller had had the unusual in their backpack for three weeks and automatically assumed that he had had it listed for 98 keys for three weeks. We can debate wether the guy had it listed for ages since there is no proof, and I could just as easily arbitrarily say it was a quicksell since there was no proof. What I am saying is that the sale was obviously a quicksell when it happened, and while you maybe attempt to call it a regular sale upon looking at the rest of the sales, it is clearly a quicksell that happens to supports your range. You can reply to this if you wish but it was a quicksell and I am not changing my mind on that.
By definition on this site said by moderators, a quicksell has to sell quickly in order for it to be counted as a quicksell. Sure an item can be hugely discounted but if it doesn't move fast it ain't a quicksell.
yep. The problem is there is no way to prove it moved fast or slow since we don't know how long it was up for sale for a discounted price (only how long it was in the sellers backpack). Thus, by that reasoning we have no clue weather it was a quicksell or not.
I don't think the hat should be worth 170 keys but 90 keys is way to low, maybe 150 keys would be more fitting. It just wouldn't make sense if burning was about the same price as green energy and the same price as purple energy.
Where are you pulling 150 keys from? There are three sales around 90, that is what it should be priced at. If you think it's worth more you should've paid more for it or researched previous sales before purchasing it.
im not saying 150 is the best price im more saying that those sales where both quicksales. I bought it from a guy that wanted csgo items and he overpayed a ton. Im 100% sure 90 keys is not the right price
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28340400 - took 4 months to sell for the Spellbound Drill Hat = not a quicksell
SQU1RRELLY just bad i guess bc it took me like 5 seconds to get a offer of 130 in unusuals, idk how he only got a 90 key unusual
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198134819839#!/compare/1479945600/1480032000 - another sale
Will resugg soon.
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198040434720#!/compare/1480896000/1481846400 - >150
http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198040434720#!/compare/1479945600/1480032000 - 91 pure
Not sure if the "sale" thermal indicates above is actually a sale as opposed to items moving around from gambling.
Honestly, the range here captures the most common trade points.
