Excluding 19 because it's sold in ~6 days and It feel like I am missing something in the trade. It is also close to the buyer @ 18, so it's safe to call it too low. The sale @ 29 makes an unnecessarily large range and is a fair bit higher than the rest, calling it a high outlier and excluding it as well. Using the rest.
