Damn, I feel like you should wait for some sales, just because this is such a drop, but I guess it's technically okay

I had the suggestion up at 450 with the unsold for a month and sometime through that he changed to 400 - it just doesnt sell.

What you are saying here supports him rather than your suggestion (be it for a different reason).

His buyout clearly isnt solid, so its pointless to update it now. Just wait for it to sell and then update it.

It's true, it's been unsold for over a month now; I don't understand why is the price still at 624 when they are already unsold at 400+ for over a month

But why force an update based on a BO that is clearly subject to change? I didnt monitor his trade, but he has changed his outpost notes at least twice.

Im strongly opposed to buyout dropping as a whole (in particular for hightiers, but also in general); Id at least like to see how the sale relates to his buyout. It could be that he ends up selling for lower afterwards, meaning itll require yet another update when it sells. even moreso here; with his moving BO, it could be that his BO is 500 when he finds a buyer, and ends up selling for more.

Normally these things end up being accepted as better than current, but Im specificly uncomfortable with it here because he clearly changes his BO from time to time

Seller is still frequently bumped and unsold... This is probably fine now.
