Ok, this is an odd one.

Sold for 12 Keys

This has been my dream hat for a long time, and I finally tracked one down. I offered the owner 12 Keys pure and he accepted, we were in the trade window about to complete the trade, but at the last moment he asked if I could donate the 12 keys to a charity that he supported. So I donated the equivalent value to the charity and he sent me the hat.

Although the final 'payment' was in money, it was effectively a 12 key trade. I am not sure how tight the rules are on this, so I thought I would put this out there and let the community and mods judge this. It would be nice to finally put a price on this hat.

    Themed :')

      Well

Technically you paid 12 Keys and the owner received 12 keys, I don't see a problem.

Congrats on the sale, really cool to see someone ask for you to donate to a charity rather than pay him/her.

Ikr, I was happy to go first, worst case scenario is I donate money to charity for free. *gasp!*

Cool, then it should (hopefully) go through like a normal price suggestion.

I'm a little bit confused about how the charity donation works. Did you donate via paypal or did you donate pure keys to it?

Because i'd assume that if you were to donate pure keys, you're supposed to trade the keys to a donation bot of sorts. We'd need the screenshot of the history of that exchange if that's the case for this suggestion to be accepted.

I donated via card, because I have no knowledge of a way to donate the keys directly. However, the amount was 12 keys exactly (see screenshots above). Is there further proof you would like me to post?

Nah that's fine, that's all the info I needed.

Even if the amount you paid isn't exactly 12 keys, it should be close enough to use in a very specific scenario like this one thanks to a few factors that come into play here.
