      third sale took 3 days to sell therefore a quicksell. not sure about the second though

        I still dont think its a good idea to ignore 2/3 sales here, especially since the other two are close to each other, and thus mean-wise the 940 would seem to be the outlier. Taking that as outlier isnt that good of an idea either due to the nature of that third sale, but still, it shows 940 flat is probably high at this point.


        At this points its probably best to wait for more sales before updating this
