Well I'm not premium but I did my best to check and came across a sale that was countered. Otherwise yes there has been "sales" but from brokers (Dude gave a load of stuff Inc This to Mighty Bob History: https://backpack.tf/item/4218243019 ) and some sales are nearby the scrap.tf unusual bot, which sells for quicksell prices and people either side of the scrap bot (People selling to the scrap bot, people receiving from the scrap bot AND people buying off someone who bought from the bot as these would all be discounted price due to the heavy discount (30% Roughly) that scrap.tf uses)

For these, there will always be a lot of sales. 3 sales is not sufficient for a hat that exchanges so frequently, and 1 unsold is not enough to call everything higher an outlier. if there are 30 sales and 1 seller is asking for 45, it does not mean it can not sell for more.

Your range is going to be too low here.

Wow okay so looking at the sales not in detail these sales are mostly much higher and Alberny said 34 quicksold, well I'm gonna close this and resuggest when I have about 3 weeks to check all those sales XD. Thanks dude.
