also to add on this hat is the only one recorded in existence and i doubt that there won't be another one in a while

as a heads up, when you say "i doubt that there won't be another one in a while" this means that you believe there will be another one in a while

(doubt + won't -> pretty much double negative)

I was really tired when I did this suggestion and I'm confirming it to be the only particle effect for this hat to be 1/1 forever due to the evidence ,but thank you for the heads up :D

yeah refreshing bp.tf much often, about how its 1/1, bp.tf says only 1 exist and 2016 effects never unboxable any more so i think so :^)

Naw, they discontinued previous halloween effects, and now that the event is over, they cant be unboxed.

I'm pretty sure they can still be unboxed. The creepy crates say "Contents may be Unusual with a Halloween 2016 effect" and you are still able to unbox 2015 Halloween effects.

Nope, premium search shows no new unboxes of halloween 2016 effects.

well true but ive put out the most recent sale there is for this type of hat and that means all those prices wont mean much until they buy this hat again for a lower or higher price

true but im the only one who is putting up the most RECENT sale and i certainly agree that those other sales do matter (i didn't know what i was thinking) but the point is that if you make a sale and the price has not ever been posted you go post that recording no matter how high or low the previous owner sold it for. (that's just how it works man :P)

This will need a range. We give pure sales preference, so perhaps 20 is an outlier. 26-33 should work though.
