These are rarer than some unusuals and definitely have a high enough tier to apply the unusual ruleset, therefor a drop must be <15% and the trade has to be opened for a certain amount of time to be considered valid, downvote from me.

I agree. 3 days is certainly not enough time to define the value on an item like this.
