36 is an outlier given other two sales and the sellers

Meh, range is too big, something here is an outlier.

It's not the biggest range, I think a PE Defiant Spartan has a range of 55-73 keys.

The defiant spartan has a range where its high end is around 30% more than its low end, here your high end is more than 60% higher than the low end.

Yeah, I guess you are right. Either the 1 for 1 is an outlier or the 36 key trade is an outlier. I think the 1 for 1 is because Terror-Watt is the same tier as Miami Nights and a Miami Nights Allbrero is 29 keys. The MN Allbrero was priced 3 months ago.

Just because the range is "large" doesn't mean that it's wrong.

The range could have worked here (the range comparison works compared to the high end, so its a little more than 1/3rd here (~38% rather than 60), but with the two month old seller, 36 is definitely an outlier.
