i thought 2 sales are needed for pricing new effects?

if no other sales in month. it is rare unusual (1of2) and not for sale now, so pricing with 1 sale is fine (if he dont want to resell it)

so would this be a good price for it then? i own the other insomnia safe'n'sound and i really wasn't sure on how to price it. :/

I don't see a B/O of 60... only a B/O of 65, and that wasn't the open trade when the hat sold. Don't think a B/O cap is needed here

Im 99.999999% sure it was 60 when I first checked it. I remember making a note of it somewhere, as the box taunt is significantly too high at current. (which was being used somewhere else). The box's bp value and its discrepancy between the sales, as well as between current value and sellers, makes me believe a BO cap is definitely needed. The buyer commented here and didnt correct the buyout either.

Im going to accept as close enough here - even if the BO was 65. If either the buyer or seller could prove their BO was 60 at the time of the sale, they're free to fix it
