Seller @ 17.33 is only 1 person, but several buyers buy @ 17.44. Buyer @ 19.55 is listed 4 days ago and unbumped. I think it is gone. Going with 17.55.

      If you didn't notice the "buyer" for 19.55 is a seller. His description says "Please Use Trade offers only, Selling Items 24/7. Accepted items of Dotа 2 for a similar price!" So he is selling for 19.55 but listed in in the buy order section.

          This has been needing a drop for a good while, however everytime one of these suggestions is left open for the sellers to mature plenty more sellers at less show up eventually, making the suggestion invalid:
