    Under a 5% change. Also there is a seller @ 3.66 now. (Fairly new though) Should wait for a bit longer for this to settle.

          Not sure how I feel about this one, the buyers at 3.77 and even the one at 3.88 indicate that the suggested price will be too low.


          I feel like the best course of action to be taken for this suggestion would be to tighten the range to 4 flat, there's plenty of sellers at that which would indicate that the high end is inaccurate, however the low end looks like should go as well.

            Yeah, there's buyers above the lowend and there's a few sellers at 4 ref unsold for a few days. 4 ref flat would be better here
