I doubt that matters here, just as it doesn't matter on unusuals worth <30 keys.

Feel free to make a counter-suggestion for 14 keys flat based on a single seller at 14 keys. It'll help make sure prices are always accurate on backpack.tf

You don't seem to understand how the market works, if 14 can't sell in 3 days it's safe to asume that the actual value of the item lies below that, however, since we can't just make assumptions about the value we have to use the price that is closest to the "actual" value, this is done by using the lowest seller on the classifieds that isn't a quicksell.

Alright, suggest it. I am offering you your right to counter me.
