I paid 140 in items and pure and couldnt get one for 120 in items and pure after offering to many people. Items were good stable first gen items as well.
After getting mine I got offers varying from 120-160 in nice first gen unusuals. This is why I feel like the price does need updating due to the fact people arent really selling the clean ones and when they do, they sell for a fair bit more than the current 95 keys.

you need to provide sales proofs. you can't use offers to set prices, just rule out outliers.

I will try and find the trades I sent, most offers sent to me were discussed and not sent but I will edit my post and provide more evidence if possible.

Im just providing as much information as possible. I spent a long time searching for my phantom and couldnt find anyone selling a clean beams phantom for less than 140 in items
The sunbeams phantom is well know for not being traded by people if it is clean.
The main thing bringing the price down is the duped ones and the fact that there are a fair few of the clean ones out there
but like I said people dont sell them very often and they wont sell them for 95 pure unless they want to just get rid of it
That is great in all, but we need links (aka "Proof") that this trade actually happen for the price you said it happened at. If not, this suggestion is moot.
As I just said to Adolf I will adjust it with proof. Unfortunately I only have proof of what I paid but not what people have offered but I will continue to search for evidence of other offers I made if I can find them. As I said a lot of offers were made through chat and not by just sending the offer through steam.

Still, the point is that there are way more sales than just yours, so you need to consider all of them when you make a price suggestion.

Fair enough but that is one out of many that sold cheap. Likewise you could say that with my purchase but I have proof of offers over 100 being declined, its a shame I dont have evidence of my other offers purely because they were done through chat or live trade

Can you please read it properly. I did say that after getting the misc I got many offers so its not just based off of what I bought it for. I f many people are willing to pay a certain amount for it then maybe it indicates that the price could/should be changed. 120 came from what I was getting offered and what other people have told me they had paid for theres. I also took into consideration clean and duped versions

I have been trading for a while. I know what im doing. I have provided all the proof I have and have made a suggestion. The only reason I made the suggestion was because people kept on making me offers well above the 95 key price. Yes I paid more but only because the item was was clean, I wanted it and they are a pain to get hold of. No need to be a dick about things. All you are doing is proving that the community is as bad as people say it is.

Offers alone are not enough to make a suggestion. There are times when the buyer-seller gap is large and there haven't been recent sales on a hat. In these situations, the price should be left as is until a sale is completed. This does not mean that offers are not valid proof. OMG can you not read? I just said I put forward as much solid evidence as possible and then provided further information which yes I know it isnt enough but still. I did say many times in other comments that I dont have that much proof and only have proof of some offers I sent that were declined and the offer that was accepted. Nah it would never get accepted because I never found enough evidence to back up what I have said/found/experienced. Big difference from having a lack of evidence to being delusional. If I was arguing that it must be 120-140 and that there is enough evidence etc. then I would be delusional. But im not doing that XD
No no, the evidence isn't the delusion. The problem is you are cherrypicking evidence :P and using invalid evidence, even after we told you it was invalid. For example, there's a seller at 95. If you read the rules, which you didn't, you'd have known that the range minimum will have to be the lowest seller if the sale value was over what the lowest seller was selling it for, but since you either decided to ignore the rules or be delusional. You didn't include that in your price suggestion
omg Like I said earlier on I realise that I made some mistakes and did the best I could to work around them and make it more valid. The only reason I didnt remove it was because I thought it would be interesting for other users and could spark up further investigation into the price (which it has)
You can't just work around a sale, the 95 key seller instantly made anything over 95 - X invalid.

I hope you can see the issue with pricing this at 120-140. We are after the PURE value on items. People overpay in unusuals. We understand that, especially on items like this. But we are strictly trying to, as close as possible, determine the pure value on items. It's the only fair way to compare across all unusuals.
