    The 5% rule was implemented to stop suggestions that change the value by very little while a bigger change is needed, the buyers @7.88 however, show that the "actual" common trading point of this hat can't really be less than 8 which is why I feel like this should pass, upvote from me!

      Yeah, I'm okay with this only because 8 ref is not "still too high" with all the buyers at 7.88 ref. The suggestions that annoy me are suggestions changing the value conservatively by less than 5%. The new suggestion isn't any better than the current price because even the new one is off.
