<5% and you would have to link the buyer's profile, however, the fact that it's <5% might not matter as much as the unsolds @16.33 - 16.66 indicate that this might actually be close to the actual value of this item.

Your reasoning please? The 5% rule was implemented for the sole reason of stopping changes that change the value of an item minorly while a much larger change would be needed, since that's not necessarily the case here I'd see this being accepted.
