The micro on the Toadstool is quite high, one for sale at 45. The fourth sale is actually closer to the 85 which is within the range.

Yeah, was gonna say that as well. Thatll make the companyman high which will make that sale seem really high.

There are a few sellers around 110 now, and the GE bonnet's high end is based on this at 130 flat. The other sales there are at 90. All things considered I think this range will be on the high side, but with most of these new hats, I think its not a bad idea to keep some more datapoints in; the range wont be above 110 on average anyway.
