150 is going to be an outlier here, despite being in full pure.

A bonzo pomade isnt going to be 200 keys. Even taking it at sellers buyouts, that sale isnt gonna be higher than 50. That makes the sales here 50, 67, 99 and 150. The person buying it for 150 reselling it for so much less than he paid in pure makes no sense and seems to indicate a publicity stunt rather than anything else.

Its similar to the situation with Cloudy we had about a year ago; he purchased high tiers for obscene amounts of cash, to then resell them for about half of what he paid, not even in pure, self-admittedly only to "become the new bob" (except he was dumping his hats after his purchase rather than bob who actually collected).
