Despite the sale at 50 being a quicksell, its probably best to include in the range due to the sale less than it (48) and another sale being fairly close (55). There always seems to be B/Os in the 50-55 key range as well, and currently there is one @ 49. Calling 68 an outlier due to the common B/Os for less.
