Going with 32-50

It's a bit dangerous to use new unusuals to price old effect hats since the value on the new unusuals is changing from week to week, especially with the taunts. I think that's why the range is wide here. If you look at the taunt here, sales on it were at 50 at the beginning of November (counted as outliers in the suggestion) and 32-36 at the end of November. That's also when the sale happened here, so I guess it's okay in this case.

Still, will leave this up for some time to see if another sale happens.

Yeah, I was a little hesitant on making this suggestion because I figured that would be the case. I can also look into sales on the DCO myself if necessary
