Where does 40 come from?

B/O of auction.

You can't set a high end with a buyout. This should be resuggested at 24 flat as that is the value of the sale.

When will people learn that new unusuals need 2 real sales though;(

1 of 1 unusuals only need one sale. Doesn't make this any more valid though.

New prices are determined by sales. Buyouts only come into play if the sale exceeds the buyout, typically with item overpay.
