Excellent question, Fish. As you can see here: http://steamcommunity.com/market/listings/440/Unusual%20Taunt%3A%20The%20Balloonibouncer , this unusual taunt (not consistently, but more than any other) sells for about 80 ish USD, which translates closer to the 40-key range than it does to the 20-key range. Now shoo.
