Sale 2: Sold for 12 keys pure

proofs are good.upvote.nice one
except for the fact that none of those sold for 12 pure. Gets me to question if you even checked :P
The first one sold for 9 keys, buds and about a key in ref. The second one sold for 9 keys and a few ref
All of these are quicksales, and the buyer from the 2nd sale already QSed it for 12 keys and a few ref in 4 hours

I would like to see more sales here.
For the second sale the one who recieved the keys used two of them to unbox. You can from the item history that he was the first owner.
Earbuds and refined metal are also used as currency so I assumed I could take it as 12 keys pure.
It is hard to any sale for this unusual and why the sale are quicksells is because other effects such as dead presidents, circling tf2 logo and miami nights are priced lower than it.

I sold it for 13 keys tho
earbuds are no currency; they havent been for nearly 2 years.
They are quicksales, simply because they instantly sold. its clearly no coincidence, as it sold thrice for increasing amounts, because whoever started the selling chain aimed too low, and at least two of these traders were happy with a few ref profit out of this
https://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198254261991#!/compare/1481068800/1481241600 This sold for 13 keys (confirmed by the commenter below), so one of the sellers even sold it for less than he bought it for (the last sale I mentioned).
If people can sell their hats for full pure in under 4 hours, then it is obvious they're not getting full potential out of their hats. Thats why I want to see more sales here to see if this would need a more conservative drop.
Also for the 2nd sale - there is no sign of any unboxing going on there.
The unusual are selling very fast because people see as a great deal. Wouldn't you buy a 19 keys unusual for just 12 keys. They are being quicksold because they will never sell for anywhere near 19 keys
"The unusual are selling very fast because people see as a great deal"
so you're saying that if Im going to sell a burning KE for 10 keys, and people will take it because they see a great deal, its a great idea to make a suggestion at 10 keys for it? Im so confused as to what your rationale here is, since your argument here is supporting my stance rather than yours.
You need to understand the important difference between a seller advertising his hat as "quickselling", and people actually managing to sell something instantly. The first is what you seem to be referring to (i.e you say "people quicksell their hats cuz they cant get more"), but that only applies to hats that have multiple simultaneous sellers that keep undercutting with larger and larger discounts, not managing to sell their stuff.
In this situation, one person got a huge discount, and apparently this person was okay with just a few ref profit, as were his successors. This may need a drop, but Im not more confident that 12 flat is a proper representation here.

This super-inactive seller (he only recently reopened his trade again; he wasnt there when I checked yesterday) was offered 35€ (which is around 16 for the buyer and 14 for the seller) and declined it. The seller himself - while inactive - supports that 19 may be high, but that offer indicates that 12 is probably low.
Wait he puts up false sales?
