The 9 ref seller seems to be gone but the 15 ref seller dropped his price to 9 so this is fine ?

Your listings actually don't matter. They will never get bumped, unless you donate.
They also don't counter anything.
WHY does the other guys count
because they are bumped.
unbumped ppl cannot influence a price, but they can counter.
9 hasnt sold in 15 days. With two being available at 10, I think 12 is just an outlier. I think more sales will be needed here to support 12 here before this can be updated.
