We consider a few things in situations like this. It's not really appropriate to just say it's a shark or "looks low" and then to close it.

(1) We always look for offers and older sales. If sales in the last year are all >200 and now there's a new sale at 50, 50 is probably an outlier. Similarly, if the sale is at 50, but the buyer is getting offers 100+, 50 is an outlier.

(2) We take votes / comments into consideration. In situations where we're 50:50 and could go either way, we always go with the votes.

This is the case here. No other sales or offers to identify 14 as an outlier. Votes are positive. I will go with them. Can be resuggested when it sells again.
