People seem to be buying or creating these and then sticking them on SCM for the cheapest possible price for quick profit, I'm not sure how accurate SCM is at the moment.

Tough call on some of these. Willing to be a bit lenient even if there are sellers for less as long as they are within the range. If there are multiple sellers below the range, going to close it.

Bob is right that these get put on SCM fairly regularly. But I don't think it's appropriate to count all sales above 200 as outliers based on that alone. The reality is that steam currency is more valuable over Christmas (crate sale, paint sale, etc.). So I wouldn't say a 400 scm sale is necessary equal to 170 keys. Pretty easy to convert 400 on SCM to over 200 keys over Christmas.

Still another 280 sale in mostly pure, so I'm willing to accept.
