What's your reasoning behind calling the sale @12 an outlier?

calling lowest and highest sales outliers
Considering how close these sales are this seems pretty illogical to me.
8-12 for such a low value hat is a very large range
40% of the hats value that is
ignore 8 because of quickbuyers at 8, do a range of 10-12...
