Ok, so I was doing this suggestion a couple of weeks ago and it was pretty similar to this. I didn't post it because I was waiting for a mini on the sensei (which didn't happen) and for more sales (which didn't happen either). Imo 70 doesn't seem too high, and 40 seems low, so I was waiting for more sales to support either end. The Hearts Scrap mini is actually capped by a B/O of 55 here http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/28491416 so that would make that sale 55. (how Kostek got >100 in unusuals is a mystery to me :P) which would give you another usable sale, at 55. Its weird because the RL is actually priced at 59 on bp, but literally every mini, (including the one you used) was in the 40 key range so idk. It feels weird setting a low end due to a item that's actually 20 keys less than the bp price. Maybe 42 - 55, or 51 - 55 or something like 50 - 70 or even 42 - 70 I'm not too sure. Id be curious on a mod's input here

Also, Id be curious to see what the PE Skid comes out to be and how many usable sales there are on it, as it might be better used here to determine a better range.
