I have unboxed this out of a Heavy Cosmetic Crate and there is no price and sellers , it is a famous Heavy misc too.

you need sales to price unpriced items.

How can i get sales ?

I mean if you want to price this at 3 keys, you could try selling it for 3 keys. I'd just say close this suggestion for now, sell that item, and come back and however much this thing sold for is how much you should price it at.
