Firstly this hat needs a price update as it is two years out of date and has sold for more than 12 keys on average (take a look at the price grid for the smoking pyro's boron beanie)

yes it doesnt have the keys in it quite yet ill be getting money in my steam account soon the trader and I had agreed back 4 days ago when the price of key to refined went up to 28 that i would compensate her for the loss in money and as far as i can tell steam messaging only keeps the messages for a short time afterwards and that part i wasnt able to save

As future advice always take screenshots of such important chatlogs that contain a trade agreement that is not completed yet.

For the suggestion: Incompleted trades can not be used so you have to wait until the deal is done.
