I just recently started creating suggestions again and therefore I am unaware of certain new rules.

That is not an excuse, there are guides where you can read what has changed.

Using profiles is fine, sales can be traced with them as well.

For future reference, you need an item's history when you're providing sellers, and the buyer's profile when you're providing buyers.

I'm going to give you a bit of lee-way as a one-time and accept this and a few others, however I'll be closing the suggestions that have not provided a screenshot as I had warned you before.
